Fully. Your logo, name, and colors appear before login, across every dashboard, chart, and email, and on the public certificate-verification page. Learners see your academy, on your domain — EduGears appears only in the fine print.

Can we run multiple campuses or client portals under one organization?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An organization can create campuses — branch locations, franchise partners, or one portal per corporate client — and invite an admin to run each. The course catalog, programs, departments, and question bank stay shared at the organization level, while students, classes, grades, and certificates belong to a single campus and are isolated in the database. Organization dashboards and reports roll everything up.

What are the 26 AI Tools?

The full EduGears AI suite is built into the platform: AI course building from syllabi and documents, quizzes and question banks, AI grading with rubrics, capstone and project assessment, an AI tutor and teaching assistant, slides, study guides, worksheets, lesson plans, and more.

Does it work with the LMS we already have?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The platform imports SCORM packages, Moodle course backups, and Canvas Common Cartridges, and exports SCORM, Common Cartridge, and Moodle .mbz. Quizzes and question banks also export as QTI 2.1, which Moodle and Canvas import straight into their own question banks. It is also an LTI 1.3 platform, so it can host external tools with grade passback and roster sync.

Can EduGears integrate with our website or student system?

Yes, over scoped API keys and signed webhooks. The usual pattern: your own site or student system sells or assigns a course, calls the API to create the enrollment, and receives a webhook the moment the learner completes it and the certificate is issued. Keys are scoped to exactly what an integration needs — courses, enrollments, grades, certificates, users, or webhooks — and can be revoked at any time.

Do certificates support expiry and recertification?

Yes. Give a course or program a validity window in months and every certificate it issues carries an expiry date. The public verification page shows the certificate as valid until that date, and as expired afterwards — the record is never erased, so the history of who was certified and when stays intact. Recertifying is simply issuing again, which produces a fresh certificate with a new window.

Can learners and admins download transcripts?

Yes. Every learner has a transcript in your academy's branding — a PDF listing their enrollments, results, credits, programs, and certificates. Admins can pull it for any learner, and learners can download their own. It is a permanent record: enrollments a learner dropped still appear with the grades they earned, so nothing disappears from the history.

How is our data kept separate from other tenants?

Isolation is enforced in the database itself: every tenant-scoped table carries row-level security, so one tenant's queries physically cannot see another tenant's rows — and the same mechanism separates campuses inside an organization, so one campus's staff cannot reach another campus's learners. And academic records are protected — removing a student or classroom preserves grades and certificates instead of deleting them.

Is our data used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Your data is never used to train AI models and is never sold. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and AI providers see only what a generation request needs, when you make it. You can also bring your own API key so every AI tool runs on your own provider account.

How does AI usage work?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, with a live meter on the owner dashboard. You can also bring your own API key (BYOK) to run AI tools on your own provider account.

Can we migrate our existing courses?

Upload a SCORM package, a Moodle backup, or a Common Cartridge and the platform rebuilds it as native, editable content — and feeds it into your course knowledge base so the AI tools are grounded in your real materials from day one.

What languages does the platform support?

The platform ships fully localized in the languages your learners use — including right-to-left Arabic — and we keep adding more. Each tenant sets its own default locale.
