Yes. It imports SCORM, Moodle backups and Common Cartridge, and exports them too; question banks export as QTI 2.1. It is also an LTI 1.3 platform, hosting external tools with grade passback and roster sync.
Yes. Learners are notified in their inbox and by email when a new course reaches them. Everything else arrives as one daily summary email, at the hour your organization chooses.
Yes — live video is built in, at no extra subscription. Instructors schedule sessions from a course, classroom or the calendar; everyone gets an invitation, and learners join in the browser with nothing to install. One-to-one sessions and attendance are included.
Yes — EduGears AI SIS, built into the platform. Admissions, student records, terms, cohorts, attendance, timetables, report cards, transcripts, fees and a guardian portal. Putting a cohort on a course creates its classroom and keeps the roster enrolled — no sync layer.

Yes. Students, guardians and rosters import from CSV with a dry-run preview first. Moodle, Canvas and OneRoster files are detected automatically, and records export back out in the same formats.
Yes. Guardians get their own portal showing only their children — attendance, report cards, fees, timetables, coursework, school forms and messages — on the same branded platform.
Yes, over scoped API keys and signed webhooks. Your site or student system creates the enrollment through the API and hears back by webhook when the learner completes and the certificate is issued.
Yes. Give a course or program a validity window and its certificates carry an expiry date. The public verification page shows valid or expired — the record is never erased — and recertifying simply issues a fresh certificate.
Yes. Every learner has a branded PDF transcript of enrollments, results, credits, programs and certificates. Admins can pull it for anyone; learners download their own.
Yes — the Student 360 page. Programs, courses, grades, submitted work and certificates for one learner, on one read-only page, using the same numbers as the gradebook and transcript.
Each course weights homework, assessments, midterm, final and project, and every gradebook column belongs to one category. Learners see per-category subtotals, ungraded categories are left out rather than counted as zero, and the weighted grade feeds certificates and reports.
In the database itself: row-level security on every tenant table, so one tenant — or one campus — cannot see another's rows. Removing a student or classroom preserves grades and certificates.
No. Your data is never used to train AI models and never sold. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can bring your own API key to run the AI on your own provider account.
You govern it. One organization-wide pool covers every AI feature, the owner dashboard and usage report show where it goes, and you can set per-learner daily limits. Plan terms are agreed at onboarding, or bring your own API key.
Yes. Upload a SCORM package, Moodle backup or Common Cartridge — up to 2 GB — and it is rebuilt as editable content, with a list of anything that couldn't come across. AI grounding happens only if you say yes.
The platform ships fully localized in the languages your learners use — including right-to-left Arabic — and we keep adding more. Each tenant sets its own default locale.
