This Privacy Policy explains how EduGears AI LMS (“EduGears AI LMS”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this marketing website and the EduGears AI LMS product. EduGears AI LMS is a white-label, multi-tenant learning management system in which each customer operates its own branded tenant.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional organization, the purpose of your inquiry, and your message.
• Account information. When a tenant is created on the platform, we collect the details needed to create and operate that tenant and its user accounts.
• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the product.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site and product.
• To communicate with you about your account or requests.

Learner and tenant data

Each customer's tenant is isolated: tenant-scoped data is protected with database row-level security, so one tenant's users cannot access another tenant's records. The academy operating a tenant is responsible for its own learners' data; we process that data to provide the platform. Academic records such as grades and certificates are preserved when a learner is removed from a classroom, so transcripts are not silently destroyed.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and product (for example, email delivery, AI model providers used to fulfil generation requests, and hosting), and when required by law. These providers are bound to handle the information consistently with this policy.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product and for legitimate business or legal purposes, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and at rest — to protect it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.
