Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EduGears AI LMS website and product (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

EduGears AI LMS provides each customer a branded, isolated learning-platform tenant with AI-assisted course building, delivery, grading, analytics, and standards-based interoperability. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account and tenant. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your content

You retain ownership of the courses and materials you create or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver your content within your tenant, including processing by AI providers to fulfil the generation requests you make. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you use and that it complies with applicable law. You can export your content — to Common Cartridge, SCORM, or Moodle formats — at any time.

AI-generated content

AI tools produce drafts for your review. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it to learners, and for grades released to learners where AI-assisted grading is used.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including by attempting to disrupt it, access another tenant's data, access it without authorization, infringe others' rights, or upload unlawful content.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
